Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement items.
Our goods which are perishable food related items cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with your order we will provide a full refund or store credit within our customer satisfaction policy if we deem your complaint valid.
Additional non-returnable items:
To process a refund or credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For damaged items during delivery you must send photos of the damaged items to email@example.com to process a replacement or refund claim.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
